COSTA
Y SOLER
over 80 years in the profession
At Costa and Soler we are part of the history of
hats, a history going back over 120 years in which our
company has maintained tradition and craftsmanship in
our products intact.
Considered by ancient Rome as a symbol of freedom,
hats continue to reflect symbolism, social status, fashion,
trend or simply protection, an element
that has survived throughout centuries adapting to each moment
and situation. The hat is a complement that
distinguishes and identifies the wearer.
Our family continues to lead this artisan trade
in its fourth generation and those that remain to come, manufacturing
quality hats and caps for all kinds of occasions.

RAW
MATERIALS
The first hats were intended to protect from the sun
during long working days, and were made of felt
or wool. Nowadays, these raw materials are still widely
used in the sector, although they have been joined by waterproof materials,
plant fibres and fabrics.
